The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological basis and practical recommendations on the formation and building of a mechanism of foreign economic adaptation of enterprises to the conditions of European integration processes. The theoretical and methodological study of the peculiarities of organization of foreign economic activity of enterprises in the context of the integration processes development is carried out. The advantages and risks of adaptation of industrial enterprises to the conditions of European integration processes are determined. The analysis of the peculiarities and dynamics of the development of foreign economic activity of the enterprises of the machine-building industry is carried out. The factors of the external and internal environment that influence the formation of the adaptive potential of the foreign economic activity of the enterprise under the conditions of integration processes are determined. The criteria for the external economic adaptation of enterprises to the conditions of the European integration processes are singled out. A structural and logical model of the mechanism of foreign economic adaptation of enterprises to the conditions of European integration processes has been developed. It is determined that the stimulation of enterprises to enter the European markets is possible only on the basis of interaction and regulation of the levers of institutional provision of adaptation processes of the foreign economic activity of enterprises. Specific features of monitoring the processes of foreign economic adaptation of enterprises to the conditions of European integration are determined.
