The dissertation is devoted to the increase of the effectiveness of treatment and secondary prevention of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in patients with hypertension of І-ІІ stage of 1-2 degrees of sodium against the background of visceral obesity.Based on the integrated study of eating behavior (EB), intrigenetic features and metabolic parameters, measures have been developed to improve the effectiveness of treatment and secondary prevention of NAFLD in patients with hypertension and visceral obesity through the appointment of individually developed recommendations for correction of EB. Scientifically substantiated expediency of additional appointment of polycasalol against the background of standard therapy of these diseases as a herbal remedy for dietary nutrition for the purpose of effective correction of dyslipidemia and liver steatosis. It is proved that the appointment of individually developed recommendations for correction of EB in addition to standard therapy for 12 months of treatment is likely to improve the dietary stereotype, promotes the normalization of EB and is likely to improve the metabolic rate of patients with NAFLD in combination with visceral obesity and hypertension.
