The thesis theoretical approaches to the interpretation costs given the author's vision of the essence of costs enterprise and systematic classification. Also in the dissertation the nature, content and component cost management system of enterprises of the process manufacturing based features like facility management costs and specifics of the domestic industry of the process manufacturing. Based on the determination of the nature and content management process costs given the definition of " information support for an enterprise costs management." A conceptual diagram of an information support for enterprises of the process manufacturing costs management on the basis of three interconnected blocks. The paper analyses the current state and problems of information support for an enterprises of the process manufacturing costs management based information space. Based on the proposed scientific and methodical approach dissertation evaluated the level of information support of costs management of the separate enterprises of the process manufacturing. Also proposed diagnostic model and stages of diagnosis efficiency cost management based on its level of information support. On the basis of calculating the efficiency ratio levels of cost management and its information support defined type of policy costs management. The thesis deals with the content and the integrated management information system cost of enterprises of the process manufacturing. A scientific and methodical approach to the formation of an information strategy for cost management of the enterprise, which is based on the calculation of the potential of the strategy. Grounded potential cost optimization of the separate enterprises of the process manufacturing by improving the quality of information support method using target costs.
