This study summarizes theoretical provisions of competition theory formation and distinguishes main stages of its development; justifies scientific and methodology provisions used to define list of factors and performance indicators for generation of competitive benefits of cereal crops produces; reviews set of concepts used in the field of theory of competition and competitiveness; unveils role of integrating associations as a factor of cereal crops produces competitiveness improvement. Current status and development trends of the domestic and global cereal crops market have been investigated; financial and economical position of cereal crop producers has been analyzed; medium term forecast for cereal crops sector development has been produced for the period from 2018 to 2022 on the basis of linear multifactor model with application of extrapolation method and correlation/regression analysis; expert analysis of competitive benefits of cereal crops producers has been carried out along with analysis of the impact of the factors of inside and outside environment using SWOT and SPACE analytical tools. Scientific approach to shaping competitive marketing strategy of the cereal crops producing companies has been enhanced; marketing mechanism to support competitive production of organic cereal crops has been developed; scientific and methodology provisos of inclusive business model of multifunction cooperative association of buckwheat farms and infrastructural companies have been justified.
