Essay

Object of research: state policy of development of green tourism in Ukraine. Goal: to determine the theoretical approaches to understanding the content and constituents of state policy in the field of regulating the development of green tourism in Ukraine, as well as to identify specific approaches to its implementation in modern conditions. Methods: historical and comparative legal methods and method of morphological analysis, methods of analysis and synthesis, system approach, structural approach, expert survey method, integration and marketing approaches, institutional approach, etc. Results: is to determine the theoretical approaches to understanding the content and constituents of the state policy in the field of regulating the development of green tourism in Ukraine, as well as the definition of specific approaches to its implementation in modern conditions. Novelty: the ways of improving the legislative and institutional provision of state regulation of the development of green tourism in Ukraine are determined; the justification of the features of state incentives for the development of green tourism in Ukraine, etc. Introduced in the activities of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration in the work on public involvement in decision-making (certificate of implementation dated November 5, 2015, No. 01/948); The Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the process of improving the work with the Council of heads of public councils in executive authorities, public organizations and political parties, introducing new forms of green tourism development and supporting the implementation of the "Open Government" Partnership initiative, etc. Fields of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants, local self-government officials.
