Chyzhov V. The strategy of anti-crisis activities of IT-enterprises

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the scientific and practical issues of the strategy of anti-crisis activity of IT-enterprises. Scientific approaches to the study of the crisis in the enterprise are organized. The expediency of introducing into the scientific circle the terms "crisis of thinking" and "crisis of relations" is argued. The specific characteristics of IT-enterprises are determined, on the basis of which the essence of their crisis state is specified. The methodical approach to the evaluation of the probability of crisis that takes into account the system peculiarities of the crisis in the IT business in Ukraine is developed. It is established that the theory and practice of the strategy of anti-crisis activity of Ukrainian IT-enterprises is limited by the planned approach, aimed exclusively at the continuity of IT-services provision in the event of emergencies. It is proved that the existing approach ensures the effective functioning of IT-enterprises, but makes it impossible to achieve the dynamic matching of business to changing environment conditions. The scientific approach to the formation of strategy of anti-crisis activity of IT- enterprises, aimed at preventing the crisis situation on the basis of elimination of strategic gaps, and the mechanism of its implementation is substantiated. Set of strategic anti-crisis actions for a sample of researched IT-enterprises was formed. The feasibility of implementing the proposed approach in the practice of their activities is substantiated.
