Stulikova V. Clinical and experimental ground of pulp treatment in children's deciduous teeth using up-to-date amputations methods

The object of the research is inflammation of pulp in children's deciduous teeth with fully formed root; the aim - to increase of efficiency of treatment of the chronic fibrosis pulpitis in the deciduous teeth with the fully formed root among children with the pain syndrome in anamnesis with the help of the vital pulpotomy by experimental and clinical ground of choice of effective medicaments; methods retrospective analysis of medical documentation, clinical (clinical examination, determination of index of intensity of caries in deciduous teeth and of oral hygiene index), radiographic examination (determination of the state of periapical tissues in the area of temporal teeth before and after treatment), histological (studying of histological structure of pulp of deciduous teeth of laboratory animals and patohistological changes in pulp during the inflammation and after the period of treatment), statistical methods; novelty and results - the scientific data about prevalence of stomatological diseases among children of different age were completed, fccording to the data in 2012-2013 years, statistically, children who used the dental care the most frequently were children from 1 to 6 years including concerning a pulpitis in deciduous teeth; the index of intensity of grant of dental aid was first entered and applied, it was statistically meaningful appeared the greatest for children in age from 1 to 6 years in relation to caries and pulpitis; the scientific data about histological structure of the pulp of the deciduous teeth of the laboratorial animals, in particular Vietnamese pot-bellied pig were completed, also the patohistological changes in the pulp during experimental inflammation and after the vital pulpotomy with different medicaments were studied, during the period of treatment with the help of the vital pulpotomy under the influence of the material, which had mineral trioxide aggregate after two months in the root pulp the visible signs of the regeneration and the formation of the new collagenic bridge; the treatment of the chronical fibrosis pulpitis in the deciduous teeth with the fully formed root among children with the pain syndrome in anamnesis with the help of the vital pulpotomy using the material that contains mineral trioxide aggregate in it was improved, and the high clinical efficiency, that in a term 12 months presented 89,47 was well-proven; it has been introduced - in practice of Communal Municipal Establishment the "Stomatological policlinic № 1", city Kramatorsk; Municipal Stomatological Policlinic № 1, city Kirovohrad; Private Dental Clinic LLC "FIRM "PRIME" LTD" citiy Kyiv; in the educational process of the profile Departments of the Donetsk National Medical University Ministry of Health of Ukraine and Shupyc National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education Ministry of Health of Ukraine; industry use - medical, diagnostic process in dental clinics, scientific and pedagogical processes of departments of stomatological profile of higher medical educational institutions.
