Kudriavtsev O. Administrative and legal support of activity of the State Architectural and Construction Inspection in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical problems of the activity of the SACI in Ukraine. The paper identifies the place of SACI in the system of public administration bodies. Determined the principles of regulation of activity of SACI. Analyzed the normative and legal acts regulating its work. Explored the procedure of implementation of licensing and control and supervisory procedures in the work of SACI. The analysis of guarantees of activity of SACI in Ukraine is carried out. Described the interaction of SACI with state institutions, local self-government bodies and the public. Determined the directions and ways of improvement of administrative and legal regulation of activity of SACI in Ukraine.
