Nikulin V. Administrative and legal Support of the Activities of local Self-government Bodies on Advertising Issues

The dissertation is devoted to the disclosure of the essence and concept of administrative and legal support of the activities of local self-government bodies on advertising issues, their powers in this area. The concept and essence of administrative and legal support are defined, the experience of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, European countries, the United States of America, and Japan has been researched concerning the maintenance of activity of public authorities and local governments in the field of advertising. The administrative-legal guarantees of the activity of local self-government bodies on advertising issues are revealed, the normative-legal support of their activity is investigated. Proposed changes to the KUpAP regarding the establishment of administrative responsibility for violation of the legislation on outdoor advertising.
