Krasnohor O. The Administrative and Legal Protection of the Rights and Legal Interests of Notaries in Ukraine

In the dissertation presents a new solution to the scientific problem concerning the development of the principles and administrative tools of administrative and legal protection of the rights and legal interests of notaries in Ukraine. The concept and content of administrative and legal protection of the rights and lawful interests of notaries as an administrative activity of public administration on the basis of implementation of the norms of administrative law are revealed. There are a legal nature of the rights and lawful interests of notaries as an object of administrative and legal protection. It is determined in the dissection that the administrative and legal status of public administration actors, who influence the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of notaries in Ukraine. In the dissertation describes the mechanism of administrative legal protection of the rights and legal interests of notaries. In The dissertation reveals the effective experience of administrative legal protection of the rights and legitimate interests of notaries in the EU member states. In the dissertation has improved legislation in order to increase the effectiveness of the protection and legal interests of notaries.
