The dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations and organizational and legal problems of the implementation of the administrative and legal status of the head of the military garrison. The concept and structure of the administrative-legal status of the head of the military garrison are determined. The administrative-legal regulation of the activity of the head of the military garrison is described. The basic elements of the administrative-legal status of the head of the military garrison are outlined. The forms of expression and legal registration of managerial decisions of the head of the military garrison are revealed. Formed theoretical and practical recommendations aimed at improving the administrative framework of the Chief of the military garrison. The administrative-legal ways of ensuring the legality and discipline in the military garrison are considered.
