Markina A. Administrative and Legal Regulation of the Provision of Medical Services in Ukraine

In the dissertation presents a new solution to the scientific problem regarding the development of the principles and administrative tools of administrative and legal regulation of the provision of medical services in Ukraine on the basis of the theory of administrative law, domestic and foreign law. The content of the administrative-legal relations in the field of health care is a form of social relation of a special kind. The principles of the provision of medical services are the basic guiding principles and requirements which are extended to the subjects of provision of medical services. It is proved that the system of principles of legal regulation in the field of provision of medical services is formed and implemented through the legal mediation of a special public administration based on the norms of administrative law.
