Essay

The object of the study are the processes of identifying the parameters of influence on the choice of land plots for housing construction. The purpose of the study is to develop models and methods and the information technology for identifying parameters when selecting land plots for construction projects, which will increase the efficiency of the process of building multi-apartment buildings and improve the quality of decision-making on choosing the most suitable land plots. The main scientific result of the thesis is to create the SWOT-analysis model in combination with the methods of fuzzy systems to obtain a fuzzy model for assessing the parameters of influence on the choice of land plots. The results of the research are implemented in the educational process of the Chair of Information Technologies of KNUBA.
