The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and methodical principles and the development of practical recommendations aimed at improving the analytical support of the management of the motor transport enterprise as a necessary prerequisite for its effective operation. The essence, purpose, tasks and objects of analytical support of management of motor transport enterprises are specified. The absolute and relative components of the values of analytical information are singled out. The main tendencies of the market of motor transport services for the needs of strategic analysis are established. The method of predictive factor analysis of the current liquidity ratio is improved and the matrix of the expected behavior of this indicator for the managerial influence on the level of solvency of the motor transport enterprise is formed. The list of analytical indicators for the main directions of information support for the management of the activity of the motor transport enterprise is systematized. The technology of the analytical process has been refined, taking into account the criterion of relevance. The procedure for the identification of relevant financial analytical indicators by the method of factor analysis of the main components has been improved. The list of main indicators of strategic analysis methods according to the criterion of relevance is determined. The structural components of the matrix of the SWOT-analysis of the motor transport company, taking into account the strategic priorities of the transport industry of Ukraine, are supplemented.
