Perkin S. Technical and forensic providing of pre-trial investigation by the units of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

The author analyzed the modern capabilities of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine regarding the technical and criminalistic providing of pre-trial investigation, and outlines the main directions of increasing the effectiveness and applicative guidelines for the implementation of these opportunities. He also determined the essence and content of the technical and forensic providing of pre-trial investigation by the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, its legal and organizational principles. There were characterized the subdivisions of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as subjects of technical and forensic providing of pre-trial investigation, in particular, there were analyzed their structure and practical possibilities.
