Kolomoiets P. Guarantees for the Realization of Labor Rights of Police Officers

The author of the dissertation has formed the concept and meaning of the guarantees for the realization of labor rights of police officers; has determined their types and has studied the present state of legal regulation of the guarantees for the realization of labor rights of police officers. The author has offered to understand the normatively enshrined system of conditions, means and methods aimed at ensuring the legal status of a police officer under the guarantees for the realization of labor rights of police officers. The definition of police officers' social protection has been improved. This definition has been suggested to be understood as the totality of target-oriented state measures of organizational, legal, financial and material nature, aimed at the implementation of legally established social guarantees, as well as ensuring proper working conditions for the employees of the National Police and providing state support to police officers and their family members, who due to circumstances beyond their control, need financial, organizational and legal assistance
