Historical preconditions of the realization of the right to protection within judicial proceedings by the subjects of labor legal relations have been outlined. The range of labor rights of the subjects of labor legal relations, as an object of protection within judicial proceedings has been established. The role and significance of court protection as one of the ways of protecting labor rights of citizens have been revealed. The grounds for reviewing employment disputes within judicial proceedings have been clarified. Analysis of the procedure for reviewing employment disputes within judicial proceedings has been carried out.
