The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and methodical problems of evaluating the efficiency of the activity and development of the enterprises of the information and communication sphere as well as to the providing of their increasing efficiency by means of rational organization of their activities., a modern vision of the economic analysis of the effectiveness of IT-enterprises based on the results of the research is formed. The economic essence and components of this economic analysis are defined. The basic organizational system for providing the efficiency of activity and development of the information and communication enterprises is given. The specific principles of the economic-mathematical modeling of the activity of the above mentioned enterprises are substantiated. The rationalization of existing methods for efficiency evaluating allows formalizing of the modern methodology of analytical substantiation of managerial decisions in this area, improving the technology of existing methods of cost management for enterprise expenses. The new and adapted methods for evaluating of IT-enterprise organization and the methods for the organization activity evaluating of their business models are offered. The role, place and procedure of diagnostics of the efficient functioning of the enterprises are determined. The use of objective diagnostic methods is substantiated. The priorities of the further development of IT-enterprises and the means requiring the implementation of tactical and strategic organizational decisions for the improvement of IT-enterprise activities are developed on the results of the research of IT-enterprise effectiveness evaluation and on the diagnostics of their financial and economic position.
