Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solving of task to increase the operational reliability of gas supply systems for settlements. Existing methods and technical means to evaluate the technical condition of the gas pipeline are determined on the basis of the carried out analysis. A well-grounded mathematical model of decision support is proposed with an increase in the operational reliability of gas supply systems, taking into account qualitative and quantitative indicators. On the basis of analytical studies, the hierarchical classification and formalization of the factors influencing the technical state of gas supply systems was constructed and justified, which makes it possible to obtain the functions of determining the assessments of the influence of each factor. An engineering technique for determining the reliability of pipelines of external gas distribution systems and a software product for its computer implementation was proposed. This makes it possible to use a semi-partial assessment of the influence factors during the certification of the technical state of systems with a view to implementing preventive measures for their accident-free operation. The given theoretical positions were found with a confirmation during the experimental research of the factors that influence the conditions of pipeline protection against electrochemical corrosion. Technical solutions for increasing the operational reliability of gas supply systems are proposed due to the anode grounding design with reduced metal capacity and technology of its arrangement. The technical and economic justification of the proposed methods of electrical and chemical protection of gas supply systems with the anticorrosive strength of gas pipelines was carried out.
