Essay

A new method for estimating the systematic component of the dynamics of the motion of the sun-synchronous orbit plane is developed. The method is based on the theorem on the change in the kinetic moment of a material point and represents a single, clear physical basis for a technique for calculating the parameters of the action of angular motion of the sun-synchronous orbit of perturbing factors of various nature. The analytical model for calculation of the systematic component of the evolution of the parameters of the sun-synchronous orbit under the direct and indirect influence of the gravitational field of the Sun as a function of the orientation angle of the plane of the orbit relative to the direction "Earth-Sun" was developed for the first time. The method for determining the initial values of the inclination of the sun-synchronous orbit has been improved by introducing an amendment that takes into account the age-old components of the evolution of orbital parameters due to dominant perturbing factors.
