The thesis presents the new way to solve the scientific task of optimization surgical treatment for the locally advanced and metastatic renal cancer on the basis of study the effectiveness of lymphadenectomy of regional lymph nodes affected by the metastases in patients with III IV stages of renal cancer, and also to determine influence of lymphogenic metastases on prognosis of the disease.
