Vinivitin D. Operational planning and mining operations management improvement of mining and haulage works in iron ore pit

The thesis is devoted to the technological justification of operational planning and management of mining operations in the jelly-ore quarry. According to the results of the scientific and practical works analysis on the topic of thesis, it is noted that under current market requirements, the functioning of the iron ore mining and processing plant (MPP) effectiveness is possible only with careful formation of long-term plans and strict implementation of the operational plans drawn up on their basis and the operational management. The methodology for creating and using the functional part of the intellectual system to support decision making on the basis of the system approach and optimization and geospatial models, methods for analyzing the structure of management actions, models for determining the transport units routes were introduced in the production process of the Poltavsky MPP to improve the mining operations management within the operational planning and management. The effectiveness of the developed method for operational planning of mining operations is estimated by reducing the average weighted transportation distance of the rock mass by 154 m, reducing the rock mass average deviation of the monthly excavation program from the actual work data of the pit by 6.2%.
