Marshuk L. Organizational and economic mechanism of formation and increase of resource and financial potential of an enterprise.

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodical foundations and practical recommendations for the formation and increase of resource and financial potential at enterprises of mechanical engineering in the conditions of an unstable market economy, which are aimed at the transition to the stage of sustainable development. The content of the concepts of "potential", "resource potential", "financial potential" and author's definition of "resource and financial potential" is explored. The basic principles of the formation of resource and financial potential are improved. The properties of the potential of a machine-building enterprise, based on a number of static and dynamic laws and conceptual foundations of the construction of the mechanism of formation and increase of the enterprise's potential, are revealed. The analysis of the resource and financial potential of Khmelnytsky machine-building enterprises was conducted and recommendations for improving the situation were formulated. The systematization of external factors of influence on the formation and development of the resource and financial potential of the production system, which is presented in the aspect of economic, social, political, legal, scientific, technical and natural factors, is expanded. The structural and logical model of the organizational and economic mechanism for the formation and increase of the resource and financial potential of a machine-building enterprise, which is a set of principles, methods, tools, levers and organizational and economic measures aimed, first of all, at the development of both resource and financial capabilities of enterprises, is constructed. The economic, organizational and functional components of this mechanism are characterized. The functions of conducting monitoring of financial and economic activity of enterprises are expanded.
