Korobkova O. Organizational and economic bases of regulating of Customs Brokerage Activity

. The object is the process of developing the organizational and economic foundations of customs brokerage activities in Ukraine. The goal is to develop and substantiate the theoretical positions and methodological approaches to improving the organizational and economic foundations and economic instruments of regulation of customs brokerage activity, as a specific type of entrepreneurship. Methods of research - historical and comparative; economic and statistical; axiomatic abstract- logical; systemic; graphical analysis; analogue method. Theoretical and practical results - The results obtained during the research can be used in the process of further development of organizational conditions for the regulation of customs brokerage activities. The use of research results in the processes of improving the system of state regulation of customs brokerage activities will increase its efficiency at all levels, as well as ensure increase of revenues to the state budget. Scientific novelty - substantiation and development of theoretical and methodological provisions on the development of organizational and economic bases of regulation of customs brokerage activity in Ukraine. Degree of implementation - used: Odessa National Maritime University in the educational process at the Faculty of Transport Technologies and Systems during the development of curricula and programs, as well as during lectures and practical classes on disciplines: "Maritime Business Infrastructure" (Act of Use, dated June 20, 2017). Customs Law "(Act of Use dated June 20, 2017)," Tariff Regulation of Foreign Economic Activity "(Act of Use dated June 20, 2017), in the scientific work and educational process of the Institute of Modern Management and Biology I will take away the courses of advanced training of customs brokers (Certificate of Use from 01.02.2016), in the practice of LLC "INMAR-KOM" (Act of Use dated March 20, 2016).
