Bezkrovnyi A. Management of interbranch interactions of enterprises and associations of agro-industrial production

In the dissertation the theoretical and methodical principles of formation and functioning of the system of regulation of interindustrial interaction of enterprises and associations of agroindustrial production are substantiated. The key regularities that determine the process of forming an effective inter-branch exchange and provide the equivalence of cross-sectoral cost flows and the balance of the reproductive process of enterprises and associations of agro-industrial production are revealed. The structure and essence of the system of institutional regulation of intersectoral exchange in agroindustrial production, the principles of its rational organization and influence on management of operational activity of enterprises and associations are identified. The influence of factors and conditions that determine the nature of the efficiency of inter-sectoral exchange on the basis of prices, its development and the dynamics of the processes of functioning of enterprises and associations of agro-industrial production are singled out. The scientific approaches concerning the determination of the efficiency of intersectoral exchange between enterprises of agro-industrial production are developed. A set of indicators for the evaluation of the efficiency of regulation of inter-industry exchange processes in agro-industrial production has been formed. The estimation of key credit and insurance mechanisms of institutional regulation of activity of agrarian enterprises in the system of inter-branch exchange of agro-industrial production is assessed and the influence of the system of these measures on their development is determined. The directions of development of the mechanism of inter-branch exchange of agro-industrial enterprises are shown. The scientific approach to the estimation of the level of equivalence of interbranch exchange of enterprises and associations of agro-industrial production in Ukraine, based on the application of means of economic-mathematical modeling, is substantiated, which uses the uniform standard of profit from the standpoint of equal pay and return on capital, which allows to analyze the equivalence of interbranch exchange at each stage reproduction cycle, not limited to one of them for the coordination and rationalization of volumes and forms of management of agricultural enterprises of production.
