3. Object of research: arterial hypertension in combination with diabetes mellitus; the goal is to determine the speci-ficity of the flow, to optimize the prediction and treatment of arterial hypertension in combination with post-menopausal type 2 diabetes by studying the pathogenetic aspect of the ESR1 and AR gene polymorphisms; research methods: clinical, laboratory, genetic, analytical-statistical; but the effect of the concentration of estradiol and dihydrotestosterone on the level of total cholesterol, high and low density lipoprotein, triglycerides, glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin in serum of blood in postmenopausal women, patients with arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus was determined. For the first time, the difference in the content of estradiol and dihydrotestosterone in serum was determined, depending on the presence of a specific genotype of the polymorphism of ESR1 estrogen receptor genes and AR androgens in postmenopausal women suffering from arterial hypertension and type 2 diabetes. It has been determined that the presence of a heterozygous TS of the genotype of the ESR1 gene and the "short" alleles of the AR gene is associated with negative changes in the metabolism of lipids, carbohydrates and hemodynamic parameters, and the more severe clinical course of the diseases. It has been shown that in women with arterial hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus in postmenopausal, the heterozygote TS gene polymorphism genotype T397C of the ESR1 gene and 19 CAG repeats of the AR gene over homozygous TT and SS genotypes and other CAG repeat alleles predominates and is a group of the risk of occurrence of this comorbid pathology. The field of application is medicine.
