Object: organizational and economic mechanism for managing the efficiency of integrated corporate systems. Purpose: to substantiate theoretical bases, scientific-methodical and practical recommendations for improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of management of the efficiency of integrated corporate systems. Methods: method of analysis and synthesis; method of expert assessments; comparison method; methods of economic-mathematical modeling, mathematical statistics; method of system analysis; inductive and deductive methods. It is offered: advanced: scientific and methodical approaches to the system classification of financial and industrial groups; organizational structure (algorithm) organizational and economic mechanism for managing the efficiency of integrated corporate systems; the concept of the formation and implementation of structural changes in the macro environment in the management of organizational and economic mechanism; economic and mathematical tools for estimating integral efficiency coefficient of integrated corporate systems; model of organizational and economic mechanism for managing the efficiency of integrated corporate systems.
