In the dissertation the theoretical and methodical principles and applied tools of improvement of the state regulation of development of investment infrastructure of agro-industrial complex in Ukraine are grounded. The object of research is the process of improving the investment infrastructure of agro-industrial complex; subject - theoretical and methodological principles, tools and means of the state policy of investment infrastructure of agro-industrial complex in Ukraine development. The evolution of investment theories in the context of state economic security and methodical approaches to the formation and evaluation of investment infrastructure are generalized. The theoretical and methodological features of the investment infrastructure of agro-industrial complex are revealed. The macroeconomic preconditions of activation of investment activity in the agrarian sector of the economy are analyzed. The analysis of factors and conditions of the investment infrastructure of agro-industrial complex functioning is carried out. The econometric estimation of investment factors in agro-industrial complex is carried out. The strategic priorities of development of the investment infrastructure of agro-industrial complex are substantiated. Identified organizational and economic means the system of investment infrastructure for agro-industrial complex forming. The factors of improvement of business infrastructure as the conditions for improving
