Haidoura H. State regulation of innovation development of the research sector of institutions of higher education of Ukraine

The object of the research is the process of state regulation of innovative development of the research sector of institutions of higher education in Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological basis of the work are dialectical methods of cognition, theoretical positions of the functioning of the network economy of knowledge and methodical principles of state regulation of its research sector in the context of innovation development of the national economy. The dissertation is devoted to the scientific and theoretical substantiation of the methodical bases and practical recommendations for improving the state regulation of innovation development of the research sector of institutions of higher education of Ukraine. The theoretical basis of state regulation of innovation development of the research sector of institutions of higher education in Ukraine is disclosed. The features of the use and factors of the choice of forms and models of regulation by the executive authorities of innovation development of the research sector of institutions of higher education are determined. A comparative analysis of regulation of innovation development of the research sector of institutions of higher education at the international and macroeconomic levels, an integrated assessment of the state and trends of state regulation of innovation development of the research sector of higher education institutions of Ukraine is conducted. The strategic directions of state regulation of innovation development of the research sector of institutions of higher education in Ukraine are proposed. Methodical approaches for improving the mechanism of state regulation of innovation development of the research sector of institutions of higher education in Ukraine are developed. The system of indicators and consistency of implementation of procedures for monitoring the effectiveness of state regulation of innovation development of the research sector in the conditions of integration processes in the field of higher education is substantiated. Proposals for improving the organizational and economic principles of state regulation of innovation development of the research sector of institutions of higher education have been taken into account in the work of the Institute of Industrial Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The methodology of quantitative assessment of factors influencing local self-government bodies on the level of innovation of research activities of institutions of higher education of state and private ownership is used in the activities of the Main Department of Statistics in the Kirovograd region. The main provisions of the dissertation have been introduced into the educational process of the Central Ukrainian National Technical University during the teaching of academic disciplines "Public Administration", "Methodology and Organization of Scientific Research", "Administration of Innovation Activity", "State and Regional Management"
