Teyerya V. Administrative and Legal Principles of Human Resourcing of the National Police of Ukraine at the Regional Level

The dissertation is focused on determining the peculiarities of administrative and legal principles of human resourcing of the National Police of Ukraine at the regional level and the ways of their improvement taking into account domestic and international experience in the context of reforming the National Police of Ukraine. The essence, significance and features of the police human resourcing at the regional level have been defined. The principles of human resourcing have been specified; the functions of human resourcing of the National Police at the regional level have been determined and characterized. The legal regulation of human resourcing of the National Police of Ukraine at the regional level has been analyzed; and the place of administrative legislation there has been grounded.
