Essay

The study has proved that in the legal regulation of labor and related relations, the category of "justice" applies in two main meanings, such as: a) the main goal sought by the norm-maker in the relevant realm; b) the process of implementing the current legislation on labor. Socially just is a state of labor relations, where the interests of the employee and the employer are realized on a partnership basis. The principle of justice is intended to streamline and ensure the interaction of all the components of the mechanism of legal regulation of labor relations.
