The dissertation is devoted to the study of special disciplinary responsibility, which reveals its theoretical and legal principles and features. A disciplinary offense is described as the actual basis of special disciplinary liability.The peculiarities of disciplinary responsibility of employees in the civil service, militarized in the civil service, prosecutor's offices and judges are highlighted. The disciplinary responsibility of railway transport and civil aviation workers, workers of mining enterprises and educational workers who perform educational functions is disclosed.
