The author of the dissertation has presented theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the essence and peculiarities of the legal regulation of bringing an employee to disciplinary liability, as well as working out the relevant propositions and recommendations for its improvement. The concept and types of disciplinary liability within labor law have been clarified. The role and significance of disciplinary liability within labor law have been characterized. The principles of disciplinary liability within labor law have been systematized.
