The dissertation is devoted to the actual problem of modern oncology to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients with soft tissue sarcoma of limbs and trunk of stage ІІb ІІІ by optimizing the complex therapy algorithm, based on the results of dynamic observation of 81 patients who were treated at the Department of the onco-orthopedic, skin and soft tissues tumors of the National Cancer Institute from 2010 to 2017. In the dissertation work the theoretical substantiation and the new solution of the scientific problem, which is to increase the efficiency of complex treatment of patients with soft tissue sarcomas of the limbs and trunk of ІІb ІІІ stage by optimizing the complex therapy algorithm, is given.
