Shatalova L. Administrative and legal principles of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the multiple survey of the administrative legal principles of the activity of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. It covers content of the definition and elements of the administrative legal structure of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in particular, of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine. There are analyzed the forms of public administration of the Ministry. It is satisfied the expediency of their classification on legal, organizational and legal, and organizational. It is substantiated the approach to classification of administrative services of legalization of subjects and objects in the field of education provided by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. There are researched theoretical and practical issues of legal support and implementation of administrative procedures for the legalization of carrying out of educational activity and legalization of academic certificates. There are determined the ways of improving the legal regulation of the organization and activity of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and there are proposed a number of amendments and additions to the legislation.
