Lebid V. The Organizational and Economic Mechanism of Financial Support for Agricultural Production

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological foundations of organizational and economic mechanism of financial support for agricultural production and to practical recommendations for its implementation. The economic essence and content of organizational and economic mechanism of financial support in the agricultural economy are investigated. Scientific principles, methods and factors as elements of scientific methodology of research subjects are defined. Methodical approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of financial security of agricultural production are proposed. Separately the experience of foreign countries in financing agricultural production is studied. The state of the financial security of agricultural production in Ukraine is analyzed. The reasons of the low efficiency of agricultural production enterprises are determined. The analysis of formation and use of internal financial resources of agricultural production is made. The state of its credit support is investigated. The influence of the state financial policy on the development of agriculture of Ukraine is characterized.
