In the work it has been developed the theoretical and methodological basis of the organizational and economic support for the innovation activity realization of the machine-building enterprise. It has been justified the subject matter of the "innovation activity realization" concept as the intensification process of certain innovations introduction available to the enterprise, aimed at the efficiency increasing of business and promoting of goals and objectives achievements set in the innovation field through the total realization of the relevant plans and strategies complex on the basis of stimulation and initiative involvement of personnel in relation to the participation in the innovative solutions and projects implementations. It has been determined the structure and the sequence of the innovation activity mechanism forming, within which it has been defined the contours of the object-oriented and reflexive management. It has been proved the reflexive character of action and the peculiarities of mechanism constructing of the innovation activity realization, which is determined by the requirements of the natural conservatism overcoming of the employees with the innovations perception and the objective necessity to involve all personnel for the innovation problems resolving (the significance of this type of participation will steadily increase in conditions of creative filling augmentation of the productive labor, inherent to the new post-industrial technological mode of production). It has been determined the structure of the general tasks of the reflexive management in context of organizational and economic support development for the ID activation of the industrial enterprise: encouraging of the employees to the innovative ideas generation and development; involvement of the innovative and active employees at the enterprise; maintenance of the innovation-initiative employees at the enterprise; increase of personnel loyalty to innovations in general and some innovative projects planned for implementation. It has been determined the character of connection between the organizational and economic provision system of the innovation activity realization at the industrial enterprise and the motivational mechanism of the effective work stimulation of personnel. It has been proved that the formation of organizational and economic support of innovation processes realization at the enterprise requires the systematic approach use which allows to take into account the individual characteristics of production and sales activities of business entity, as well as to determine the ways of positive influence on the reflexive perception of personnel of the innovations requirements of introduction. It has been developed the methodical approach to the integrated assessment of the enterprise's readiness of the production-technological and organizational-administrative innovations perception, on the basis of the indicators generalization generalizing the potential estimation of the innovation development activation. It has been justified the methodological provisions concerning the motivational component formation of the organizational and economic provision of the innovation activity realization on the basis of the reflexive parameters perception by personnel of the innovation activity conditions in a balanced system of indicators. It has been proved that the provision of complexity of the developed methodological guidelines concerning the innovative susceptibility assessment of the enterprise and the established system of indicators, as well as the extention of the opportunities for the analytical basis use for the efficiency increasing of the innovations introduction process, can increase the level of consistency and orderliness of the enterprise’s activities during the innovative measures implementation, aimed at the provision of the sustainability of economic development. It has been argumented the expediency strategies division of the innovation activity realization into the active (previews the new products and technologies introduction which somehow appeared at the disposal of the enterprise’s direction) and passive (which don’t preview the introduction into the personnel or equipment of the essential innovations, but in the same time there are some innovative processes at the enterprise). It has been proposed the use of the generalization indicator which components are the innovation process parameters for the strategy direction establishing of the enterprise’s innovation activity realization in the field of innovative activity activation. It has been proved the subject matter and the causes of the organizational resistance origin to the innovation changes as the enterprise’s reaction, which is a social system, to the actions connected with the conditions transformation of its operation.
