Kolіn’ko T. The court (judge) as a subject of proceedings in cases of administrative violations that infringe on the established procedure of management

The dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities of judicial proceedings in cases of administrative offenses that encroach upon the established management procedure in order to improve and develop its potential. The essence of the established procedure of management as an object of administrative and legal protection is clarified and the classification of administrative offenses infringing the established management procedure, which is filed according to the specific features from the position of the object of the attack on the relevant social relations, is presented. The legal principles of judicial review of cases of administrative violations against the established procedure of management, which constitute a significant number of normative legal acts, which are conditionally divided into two groups are disclosed: 1) legal acts that establish the legal status of a judge in an administrative and tort process and directly regulate the procedure of consideration affairs; 2) legal acts that govern the judge during the qualification of administrative offenses of the specified category.
