Shevchenko N. Subjects of security relations in labour law.

The thesis is devoted to systematic and thorough analysis of the peculiarities of the subjects of security relations in labour law. In this work the essence of security relations in labour law, value, content and their system are investigated, tasks and functions of security relations in labour law are analyzed. The concept and features of subjects of security relations in labour law are characterized. The specifics of the system of subjects of security relations in labour law are revealed. The purpose and functional basis of activity of subjects of security relations in the labour law are found out. The aspect of activation of the system of subjects of security relations in labour law is established, as well as directions of improvement of the regulatory and legal regulation of the activity of the system of subjects of security relations in labour law. The ways of borrowing positive foreign experience on optimization of the regulatory base concerning the subjects of security relations in the labour law of Ukraine have been formed.
