Odуntsova O. Pigments free direct glass-enamel coatings for household appliances

The object of the study is the technology of obtaining рigments free direct protective and decorative glass-enamel coatings using powder electrostatic application. Methods of investigation - determination of physicochemical properties of frit and performance characteristics of glass coverings were carried out using standard and special methods in accordance with the requirements of the current normative documents. Theoretical and practical results - оn the basis of the proposed scientific regulations, the composition of the glass-enamel fritt has been developed for obtaining on its basis, based on the technology of POESTA, a pigments free direct protective and decorative glass-enamel coating on the surface surfaces of household appliances. The technological parameters of cooking fritt have been worked out, fine powder obtained from it with a hydrophobic capsule, modes of application on the technology of POESTA and winding of glass cover, and positive results of experimental and industrial tests have been carried out.The scientific novelty is that for the first time it was proved and experimentally proved the possibility of obtaining for protective technology of protective and decorative direct glass-enamel coatings on steel parts of household plates based on a luminescent silicate glass matrix structurally stabilized with titanium and zirconium synthesized complex activator of clutch from metal oxides of variable valency, which simultaneously serves as an active coloring complex. Degree of integration - The results of the work were introduced into the educational process of the department of technology of ceramics, refractories, glass and enamels NTU «KhPI». Application - the results of work can be used at the enterprises of the enamel industry.
