Umanska V. Formation and development of production and resource potential of the branch of rice production

The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the rational formation and development of the production and resource potential of the rice industry for its reproduction on an innovative and environmentally sound basis. Having taken this as a basis and highlighting the peculiarities of the branches of the rice industry, its organized production potential includes an organized set of natural resources, including water resources with their infrastructural support (irrigation systems), means of labor, labor tools, workers, taking into account their intellectual and moral and ethical qualities , work experience, motives, incentives that are structurally and functionally related in the process of production of the industry and provide its definite effect. It was proposed tools and mechanisms that help accumulate and move information resource differentially by components of the production and resource potential (climatic, technical-technological, labour, intellectual, scientific, innovative, financial, informational, administrative, infrastructural) with the purpose of formation internal and external information space, adequate to the reasonable needs in the rice growing industry.
