Tymoshenkova O. The state regulation of the development of industrial production in Ukraine

In the dissertation the theoretical generalization and proposed directions of the decision of an important scientific and practical task concerning the improvement of the state regulation of the development of industrial production in Ukraine are proposed. In this work, the understanding of the initial provisions of the theory of economy and management of the national economy is deepened by improving the categorical apparatus and providing an author's interpretation of the definition of "state regulation of the development of industrial production". The conceptual model of functioning of the mechanism of state regulation of the development of industrial production from the standpoint of the system approach that provides for the identification of the directions of implementation of the set goals in its structure is constructed and substantiated. Foreign experience has been systematized in order to improve the state regulation of the development of industrial production. A comprehensive assessment of the current state of industrial production in Ukraine and the effectiveness of its state regulation tools has been carried out. The theoretical construction of the system of implementation of the state regulation mechanism for the development of industrial production in Ukraine is proposed. The strategic institutional imperatives of systemic improvement of the state regulation of the development of industrial production are substantiated. The expediency of using the experience of functioning of local innovation centers in order to increase the innovation activity of industrial production, promoting its structural restructuring and improving the innovation sustainability of the national economy is proved.
