The administrative and legal providing of formation of the personnel for the courts of Ukraine was analyzed in the thesis, a legal assessment of the implementation of the organization's elements of administrative and legal providing of formation of the personnel for the courts of Ukraine was given. The main terminological concepts such as «administrative and legal providing of formation of the personnel for the courts of Ukraine», «administrative and legal principles of the staffing of the courts», «attestation of civil servants», «personnel», «providing», etc. were considered. The scientific and legal sources were analyzed, the concept, the content and legal regulation of organization’s principles of administrative and legal providing of formation of the personnel for the courts of Ukraine were defined. The description of the elements of the administrative and legal status of officials of the court and their legislative regulation was given. The administrative and legal principles of the staffing of the courts of Ukraine were subjected to detailed analysis. Their content and classification features were established.
