Thesis research to get Candidate of Law scientific degree with a specialization in 12.00.09 – criminal proceedings and criminalistics; judicial examination, operational-investigative activities. – Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2018. Investigational problems of providing of activity of investigator, public prosecutor by criminalistics facilities, methods and developments that are used during pre-trial investigation of assassinations. On the basis of study and analysis of legislation, separate normative documents, home and foreign scientific sources from criminalistics, criminal right, criminal process, criminology, monographic editions, educational literature and examples from practice the modern open up understanding of assassination as criminally punishable act, features of bringing of information about his feasance to the Single register of pre-trial investigations and beginning of realization of criminal realization, typical inquisitional situations of the initial stage investigation, feature preparation and realization separate judicial action. Lighted up modern possibilities of providing of pre-trial investigation of assassination by scientific developments in industry of criminalistics technique, tactics, methodology, by expert researches. Attention applies on the feature of application of tactical receptions, combinations, operations during realization of inquisitional (of criminal investigation) actions, cooperation of investigator with operative subdivisions. Made suggestions on questions the improvement of separate judicial norms.
