Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the essence of legal regulation of insurance of agricultural products with state support under the legislation of Ukraine. The concept and signs of insurance of agricultural products with state support, principles of its legal regulation and development of the latter are considered. Particular attention is paid to the coverage of the subjects and objects of the insurance under consideration, the insurance contract applicable in the field under consideration, as well as the essence of state support for agro-insurance. The proposals on improving the legislation of Ukraine on insurance of agricultural products with state support are carried out.
