Koval N. The Philosophical problems and its artistic embodiment in André Gide’s Creative Works

The object is the works of Andre Gide, which reflects the ethical and philosophical issues. The purpose is to find out the meaning of dialogue, at the same time, artistic and philosophical, Andre Gide, with philosophers opposing philosophical attitudes, such as F. Nietzsche and F. Dostoevsky. To analyze the artistic embodiment in A. Gide's work of original dialogue-polemics of the French writer with the German philosopher and Russian classic of world literature. Methods - to comprehensively analyze the works of A. Gide, for a deeper penetration into the poetics of his novels in the dissertation, a comparison of the system analysis with methods of typological, historical and literary methods of research is envisaged. The thesis analyzes the artistic system of Andre Gide in the parameters of the exclusive dialogue-polemics with radically opposed thinkers F. Dostoevsky and F. Nietzsche, which significantly influenced the spiritual climate of the twentieth century. Consideration of the disappearance of the "hero" in the traditional sense, the ways of reproduction of the world, where "God finally died". It is determined that the study of the influence of German and Russian thinkers, and in this regard, an analysis of the specifics of creativity A. Gide, his traditions and innovations, which are associated with the subsequent stage of literary development, are especially important. This dissertation introduces a number of topical texts into the Ukrainian scientific language: letters and diaries of A. Gide, his critical articles, in which the writer violates the most important questions of literature and art. The implemented analysis is new for Ukrainian literary studies in the study of the artistic embodiment of philosophical issues in the work of Andre Gide. Sphere is an educational process.
