Essay

Based on the model of geometrically and physically nonlinear deformation of an anisotropic elastic medium theoretical analytic and numerical solutions of boundary value problems for the determination of nonlinear anharmonic perturbations generated in the propagation of: surface Love wave and in the case of two Love waves propagation in the waveguide of anisotropic elastic layer of m3m class cubic system monocrystal located on the half-space of the same symmetry class; localized SH wave in the waveguide of anisotropic elastic layer of m3m class cubic system monocrystal located with the ideal or slide mechanical contact between two half-spaces; localized Stoneley waves in a waveguide, consisting of two perfectly contacting anisotropic half-spaces from monocrystalline materials of the cubic system are constructed. Based on the analysis of the constructed numerical-analytical solutions, the amplitude-frequency dependences are investigated and generalized for kinematic and energetic characteristics of nonlinear second harmonics for investigated elastic waves. The effects of the physico-mechanical characteristics influence of the considered waveguide structures on amplitude levels, wave motion patterns, and energy indices of studied surface and localized elastic waves and their nonlinear second harmonics are analyzed and generalized.
