Antonova O. Economic security management at private higher sector of higher education in Ukraine

Thesis is dedicated to the issues of economic security management at private higher education institutions and it also grounds the theoretical and methodological grounds of economic security for private education institutions. Recommendations are provided concerning the system of economic security management in the mentioned institutions. The research is carried out on the formation and introduction of the system of economic security management at private higher education institutions as economic subjects. The very concept of economic security management is adjusted specifically for higher education institutions, and this enabled the development of original recommendations concerning comprehensive planning of socioeconomic development of private universities. Tools are defined for further assessment of economic security management, specifically at private institutions of higher education. A new approach and updated recommendations are provided as to organization and functioning of the systems of financial and information support for private universities from the side of public and business sectors. The system of economic security management at private higher education institutions is overall improved and upgraded. Separately, recommendations are provided concerning the system reserving and further managing temporarily surplus assets at private universities. As a result, this is supposed to improve the economic security management at private higher education institutions.
