Palamarenko Y. Strategy of innovative development of the alcohol industry of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to solving scientific and practical problems of the effective functioning of the alcohol industry of Ukraine. The urgency of the work is due to the necessity of scientific and practical developments regarding the formation of the model of the process of formation of the strategy of innovation development of the alcohol industry of Ukraine and the implementation of this strategy. The study carried out an analysis the status and trends of the alcohol industry. The methodical approaches to assessing the level of strategic development of the alcohol industry enterprises and its individual components have been improved through by calculation of an integrated indicator of the level of strategic development of enterprises in the alcohol industry. A complex methodology was developed for the analysis of the influence of factors based on the matrix PESTEL-FAMIL (Y)-analysis, which gave the opportunity to take into account the main external and internal factors of influence on the activity of enterprises of the alcohol industry.
