Morgun V. Administrative and Legal Regulation of the Activity of Sports Federations in Ukraine

The thesis investigates sports federations as subjects of administrative-legal relations, determines their legal status. The genesis of the formation of administrative and legal regulation of the activity of sports federations is outlined. The concepts and goals are formulated, the main tasks are defined and the principles of administrative and legal regulation of their activities are defined. The current legislative framework on administrative and legal regulation of sports federations activity is analyzed. Characteristics of the subjects of administrative and legal regulation of the activity of sports federations in Ukraine are given. The mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of their activity is singled out. The foreign experience of administrative and legal regulation of the activity of national and international sports federations is generalized, and the possibilities of its implementation in Ukraine are determined. Proposed ways of improving administrative and legal regulation of sports federations activity in Ukraine are offered.
